No, not stalker lights flickering. Screen just goes black for a split second repeatedly. I had same issue on dx10. I'm running warframe on Lenovo z710 with gtx745m on board. I wonder if there is some sort of popup (Skype, Windows notification, etc.) appearing behind the game that is causing this interference.
