Diarist Posted September 23, 2015 Share Posted September 23, 2015 (edited) Chroma and Mesa are both top tier... Mesa is "top tier" for 1 node in the game because of Peacemaker. Which is getting shyt on anyway. Ballistic Battery is quite literally the worst 1 in the game. Shooting Gallery is redundant outside of its buff. Shatter Shield while good has nothing to do with gunsliners. She's"top tier" for Draco 'cus she can AFK shoot everything and get the team tons of affinity. Works on Defense too. Holding 1 button to play the game for you is not quality. And then there's Chroma. No one cares about tanks in a game where you have to kill fast. Also Chroma's 1 is still shyt and until all 4 of his elements have a reason to be used then no, he's not quality designed. Kit is an incoherent mess.
