100Plat If You Can Decipher This Tenno Code

Tried using the tenno decoder, got a little frustrated with it, so I'm just going to put it up here and see if anyone has any luck or has seen this before.

 

Background: a clan member of mine was running Cereberus, after 4 rounds he extracted, and this messaged flashed briefly for him.

 

Be the first to decipher it and I'll trade you 100plat for an ammo drum.
