That being said, as the person above said maybe some people were having a discussion and noone notices them get kicked- even the person themself. It doesn't always tell YOU that YOU have been kicked- and sometimes you let something little slip that you forgot isn't allowed. Honestly- most stuff in region IS allowed. Sometimes you forget you have caps lock on. There's lots of little things that you can get kicked for and not even realize.
