Demonfr34k Posted October 22, 2015 Share Posted October 22, 2015 (edited) With Steamworkshop coming any fan could finish the Immortal Skins after DE adds those frames to the list of Frames that can be skinned, only time will tell, DE is focused on Deluxe/Premium Skins (Rebecca Said well hear a Word about the Steam Workshop today, so well know when it launches, whether its this week or another.)
