Prime Acces - Purchasing And Receiving

So I recently purchased Prime acces (trinity - well of life) and it says I will receive the certain items. I have so far not received anything or I am completely missing something, basically said, how do I receive my prime items?

I have been given the described platinum meaning that the purchase went through. Can someone please help me with this?

Try relogging if that doesn't give you the items contact support.

Relog in

Normally waiting atleast 5 minutes will do but if not, try relogging and see if you can see the PA items. If after all of this and still no update then you can and should contact Support.
