They may not look like much, but their concept is fascinating and terrifying, and really captured eight-year-old-me's imagination. The SA-X in particular really scared the crap out of me. Basically all of the xenos from Warhammer 40k, especially the Orks. Outside of Warhammer: The Quarians from Mass Effect.
