(PSN)Raedon156
When using crushing ruin for the first time I had the high hope that a sound effect similar to a jet engine revving when winding up the spin combo would play. Would be a neat addition to jat kittag since it is a jet powered hammer.
taiiat
but Jat Kittag is Rocket Powered? Rockets would certainly be more Grineer than Jet Engines. the latter requires precision engineering. i'll split the difference at 'Jet Engine' though. oh, on topic: would prefer to not have such a sound. Jet/Turbo whine is not a particularly pleasant sound, as cool as it is. it's cool for short periods, but i can't exactly not have my Jat Kittag on me if i'm wearing it. Eh, Tyl Regor got lucky in his earlier days of researching, thus Grineer have space ships as well. :p That aside, either or would do in my book, I was more or less just hoping for a custom sound effect to add to the satisfying effect of sending enemies flying. It wouldn't be a constant sound, it would play for a moment or two depending on the combo. Such as the spin combo for example, it would play as your character winds up for the round about swing, then normal sound effects would take over. I'm meaning a very short timed thing, not a sound that would play constantly.

(PSN)Raedon156
no opinion then. Eh, to each their own. I’ve always been under the impression that sound effects along with particle and other effects can always give a different feel to something based on how they are implemented and not implemented. But that’s just my idea.
taiiat
-snip- yes, Sound is very important. i'm indifferent to that Sound in particular due to the usage.
