Warframe's in-game RAM metre shows what Warframe is using. The RAM Windows is reporting is including Warframe, and all the kernel data for running Warframe too.

Warframe = Red

Windows = Red + Purple

EDIT:

Warframe must interface with Windows in order to operate, that process uses it's own memory (which windows reports). Warframe only cares about Warframe ;)

Its the vram I checked it with msi afterburner

I've seen this before too. it may be referring to VRam possibly? I'm not 100% sure

this has to do with the question but that is the part warframe uses to utilize to work as a game engine, as the vram can't store all textures at once the normal ram does. thing is this results in high ram usage. vs vram usage. nevertheless sometimes my vram goes to 1000mb+.
