ZinGrin Posted November 22, 2015 Share Posted November 22, 2015 Rarely, when killing someone that is holding the cephalon, their corpse still hangs on to it after death and it never returns to the stand. This mainly happens to me when using shotguns, explosives, certain aoe powers, and I am going to guess bows as well. Mainly things that would ragdoll or push the body on death.
