Can't See Other Players In Relays

So I'm on my college Campus and I cannot see other players in any of the relays, I can play with them ingame, but not in the relays or in the bazar. However when I use my own cellphone data, I can see everyone in the relays.

 

When the relays were first introduced, I could see other players in the relay for a good 2 weeks. Then my problem happened and has continued since to this day.

 

I was wondering if there is a possible workaround for this? or is there no hope and my campus somehow is able to block this specific area of playing in warframe?

Do you see them in the chat, or not even there? Because if you don't, maybe you switched the region.

I can see the chat, just not the players.

I have this issue as well.. Cant see any people in any of the relays or Maroo's Bazar even though i can see them in the relay chat :|

Whats going on ? I tried switching regions and everything i could think up of..
