Cephalon Simaris - Great Voice Actor

Both the voice actor's voice and the effects on the voice are great. The voice actor especially. I like hearing his lines. And his voice suits the character perfectly.

Aye. He's a lot more passionate than our dear Suda(while still sounding composed), and can still manage to sound mad when clueless MR3s dissect his Synthesis target with a Skana. I don't actually know who his voice actor his but he could probably use even more roles.

He does have a good voice. I do wish they'd do something about his constant over-the-shoulder staring and constant talking. I don't mind hearing it every now and then, but when he starts coming at you, staring you down, and talking every time...I'm not a fan of that.

I think he also does the voice for Cephalon Jordas.

 

@Maicael I actually like how he gets in your face and hovers over you when you get close. It's kind of cute :D

lol definitely. I hate going in here. His continuous up in your face talking and even when your turned around is so creepy.
