There might be at some point for mankind to be able to completely manipulate genes, but that day is far far away. However, I'm not spending more time on this, you are likely just high as F***. I'm giving one anyway: While technically plausible if the right mutations were to occur over however many thousands of generations, I see it as unlikely. However I do see it as completely inevitable that we will augment ourselves with mechanical parts, and wings to allow for such a thing may be one of them.
