Did DE state that they had a Christmas event coming up, or did I mishear something that was said in devstream 65?

 

If I'm not hearing things what do you guys think will be in the rewards table? new stuff or old stuff? If you could have anything what would you want?

Uhm, actually they referred to a "Xmas event" during last Devstream!

The word 'event', I don't believe, was meant as 'Event'.

Not the Warframe Events we've come to know as competitions between Clans over a lore-filled objective series of missions.

 

It didn't feel as though it was within that context, and more said as a natural way of blanketing the entire Holiday plans they have set. 

I could be wrong, sure, but I find the alternative to be unlikely.
