My mind feels like its separated from my body, like its hovering above my head. I don’t know what to think and its kinda freaking me out. Everything seems so out of touch, nothing but air. It feels like its about to escape until I get this head twitch which has rocked my neck quite a bit. My hearts beating faster than normal and really hot and I don’t know what to do.
