JaysInc Posted December 20, 2015 Share Posted December 20, 2015 From lizard squad to "hacker" group Phantom squad, they seem to have a knack with using Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks to promote "better security". When people have downtime and want to kick back with games after the family festivities.... so it's more people with new systems, people with free time, in general more players online. Greatest impact and most annoyances. But these squads only hurt the gaming community, doubt they have much of a long term impact on Sony or MS.
