Lag In Solo

so when i go to my liset i keep walking around and my game seems to be laggy like i start walking and the game keeps freezing not freezing for minutes only for half a second i would say and then my frame speeds up to the part of the ship where i walked like going down the ramp it freezes and then im at the arsenal in one second and i am noticing lag on the solo mode like i melee break a barrel and it only breaks and gives loot a few seconds later but with enemies its the most weird part because i shoot them and they only get damaged later but i get hit and take damage for that shot and then the same damage later and they dint even shoot me again and i dont even have other people using my internet or other stuff running on my pc so it must be the servers right? or is just my pc that somehow cant run warframe anymore

Hmmm. From what I understood I would say to try and maybe lower your performance settings.  You shouldn't get connection Lag like that in solo since your the host. I have played on hotel wifi and it ran perfectly fine solo.
