The Quest can be activated in the Quests section of the Codex." - From the wiki, would include the link but clicking on it would basically spoil the quest. The sentient will appear in uranus survival missions xd once you see your screen blinking red dish, start scanning xd ^ most appropiate answer. You need natah before the second dream becomes aviable. Natah starts upon scanning one of the blue drones on most if not all uranus missions. Finish natah and the second dream becomes aviable in your codex. Just start it from the console then.
