Drahk Master Sent My Weapon Back To Start

I was using the bow Paris on an alert rescue mission. I faced against a Drahk Master who took it from me/knocked it out of my hands. I finished the Drahk Master off and went to get my bow back and I noticed the icon for it on my screen was abnormally far away. I went towards the icon and every time I got to it it would show that it was still further away. (Just like it does for objectives or enemy who are in that general direction but are not exactly on that spot) I kept following it until it took me all the back to the start/drop off for that level. There I was finally able to pick up my bow and use it as normal.

 

This is not necessarily a game breaking bug, but it is very annoying and time consuming to back track an entire level to use your main weapon again.

 

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I searched for other post on this topic already and found none.

Never had that happen before, sounds like it was dropped outside the map so it had to respawn, but with no previous standing point it got reset to the start of the map.

I have never had this happen before, but it sounds hilarious.
