Exactly how does it work. I hear it only supplies energy orb when there's ally close by to you thru out the mission? So does it constantly supply energy orb endlessly as long as you're in range? or you have to exit and re-enter the range before you can get the energy orb again? Or is it a one time thing where you can only supply energy orb once. I want to know how it works before spending my focus.

Does it work for yourself as well? When an ally pics up an energy orb near you, do you get energy? The discription form Energy Surge says allies as well. But that one works for the caster just fine. Maybe the description should say "you and your allies"
