I mean, there's nothing like that in the game, but if there was, i think that if it dropped anything, it would be pure RNG, like a lot of other things in Warframe. I don't know what you talk about, but *if* there *was* some sort of randomly spawning, tenno hunting enemy in this game, it would surely only occasionally drop something at all. I was unfortunate enough earlier to have just polarised my rifle and be trialling a new warframe when the stalker attacked me. Needless to say, it wasn't pretty.
