Swirly Effects Near Feet?

I've seen these different swirling effects on players' feet, what are those and how can I acquire one?

These are effects from syndicate mods/weapons. Simply get enough experience when using syndicate weapon or weapon that has it's mod equipped to trigger this effect. Each syndicate has their own one.

Syndicates being, Red Veil, New Loka, The Perrin Sequence, Cephalon Suda, Steel Meridian, Arbiters of Hexis ...

(can be found at front of ship to the left side if you are high enough rank to use it)

 

Each one has two weapons, primary and secondary. When the sigil on the bottom right corner fills up it causes a mini explosion of energy.

Each syndicate has a mod that you can place on certain weapons (but only if you are high enough with that syndicate or trade for one).

All weapons and mods are tradeable.. as far as i'm aware...

Those swirls gives owner a buff after explosion, like meridian blast replenish a bit of health and buffs armor.

Lol it's probably the G3 or a Zanuka Hunter assassin coming for you. You might not want it as a new player ,but if you can kill them they do drop decent loot.G3 stands for Gustrag 3 you get marks by doing invasions for the opposite faction. I say this because they specifically said swirls around thier feet and not body. Body = Syndicate Proc or Arcane. Feet swirls = Faction Assassin.
