Ivara's Prowl : Theft Mechanics Questions

Two quick questions about Prowl's theft mechanics that I couldn't find on the wiki.

 

1) Can this be triggered more than once by additional Ivara players?

 

2) The power strength affects chance when it's below 100%, does having a power strength above 100% offer an advantage?

1) Yes, each Ivara can steal from each enemy a single time.

 

2) According to the Wiki, Power Strength over 100% doesn't change anything.

i was thinking of farming Vermillion Storm and Vulpine Mask using multiple Ivara.

The wiki wasn't clear very clear in it's phrasing. 

To wit:

Has a 100% chance to drop an item from an enemy if the power strength is 100% or above; etc.

Is somewhat ambiguous as it never explicitly states that no additional advantage is gained.

 

Personally, I wouldn't mind a augment that allows for multiple theft attempt targets simultaneously and a slight boost in chance for the target to drop a mod card from their table. (The chance is influenced by power strength at whatever tiny fraction of a percentage DE would decide to give, any bonus is a bonus)
