Trade Banned, Need Support Plz Help

Recently my daily trades stopped resetting, I found out that if you Violate the Terms of Service (Trade in-game items for physical items) you will likely get trade banned, I believe that's what happened to me as I tried to buy Platinum from another player for Real Money, I didn't know it was against the TOS and it was an honest mistake, I just want to know if I can be unbanned because I don't want to make a new account as I've been playing for a couple years now

go there and write a ticket. Have patience as they are under heavy load.
