Starting Platinum Glitch?

So all my clan mates in Warframe have told me that you start out with 50 Platinum. Even my sister, who plays on the same PS4 as me, got 50 Platinum when she started. However I only started with 5?! How and why did this happen? It makes me really angry because every time I bring it up, my clan mates are like "You must have bought something" When I NEVER bought anything! Is there ANY WAY AT ALL I can get the Platinum I should've gotten?!
