Health Falls To Five Without Being Damaged?

Hi, I was playing through Corpus survival on Jupiter and suddenly the sound became muffled and I started losing my shields and health rapidly without being damaged. I stopped losing health at 5, but my shields wouldn't recharge. I barely got to extraction on five health. I was playing solo as Valkyr, and this occurred around the fifteen minute mark. 

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated to stop this happening again.

you ran out of life support. In survival you have to keep life support above 0%. There are pods that spawn during the mission that will grant you +30% life support. Some enemies will also drop life support pods.

Just like jFresh215 said, you ran out of Life Support, and therefore ran out of shields and health over time.

Wow, I can't believe I forgot about life support. Thanks for the help guys, sorry for being such a div.
