PC and console versions of Warframe are separate entities. All purchases made on PC won't transfer to consoles, amd as of now there are no account transfers being done. DE stated back a few dev streams ago that they are hoping to bring another round of them back soon, but it's up to Sony/Microsoft to allow it.
