Posted January 24, 2016 Share Posted January 24, 2016 So I recently started to read the Berserk manga and it's gory trash, like quite seriously it's nothing but breasts, butts, swords man muscle and annoying characters. I honestly regret spending about 6 hours reading through the issues. Be honest, for a split second you thought I was being serious. In all seriousness, I really love Berserk. The setting, the characters (Guts is just an absolute badass in every sense of the word). My only gripe is...well the version I'm reading (and almost every online version I can find) has the worst translation ever. But aside from that, the series is dark as hell which I love. Stormdragon Posted January 24, 2016 Share Posted January 24, 2016 Berserk is an amazing manga, personally, I love how characters evolve with history and gutts seems to be charging a geavy load on his back since his childhood, but instead of victimize himself for it, he uses that load to become stronger. Drawing is amazing, same for characters design (the berserker armor looks simply gorgeous) their personal issues explained through their histories and the big critics to religion make berserk one of my favorite mangas.
