Nezha Warding Halo Bug?

I've been having an issue with my Nezha. The warding halo ability effect isn't "rotating" as it is supposed to do. It's just standing still, which is bugging me quite a bit. Am I just stupid and haven't changed something in my options, or is it a bug?

This is intentional by DE as the rotation was causing motion sickness to some players and can be changed via the graphics setting although I do not know what in particular needs to be changed, I hope this is of some help.

There is no bug. The effect was removed.

I believe it is affected by Particle System Quality.
