Lag Much?

why does the game freezes suddenly and continues and freezes again if moving i can move a little distance but then it lags i am playing it on a laptop i have played it on my pc with now issues the game is working at 30 fps which is good for me but after these freezes the fps doesn't drop even if the game moves for 1 sec then freezes there's no fps drop why is this happening? and one time it crashed to the desktop

A) your laptop to weak to run warframe 

B) you hevent updated drivers , try dirver booster its free

no info to go on...  could be anything from heat to a wireless network to drivers and more.

Your laptop or PC (I got confused) may be under the recommended system requirements, screen tearing (as your problem is commonly called) usually occurs under high temperatures or just weak systems that cannot support said game and other such games.
