Does There Exist An Impossible Build?

What I mean by "impossible build" is a build that can't theoretically work, because even with every mod card polarized, there will be too many mod points. I checked Rifles, but the highest mod points I could get were 119, and you would need more than 120 for such a build.

i mean with out some tedious testing theres no way to find out for sure but on frames and melee weapons with stances and auras i dont think its possible for those to have a impossible build

Tedious testing? Counting and adding mod points from a list of categorized mods isn't that tedious. I mean, you don't have to actually try it in-game...
