Help, Which Clan Members Count Towards Event Trophy Goal?

Hello everyone.

 

I just wanted to know which members count for the trophy wave count. With this I mean the following:

 

I had a batch of new members join my clan last week. But the last phase of the event wasnt active.

 

Now I know for sure that the last guy, who joined on sunday when the last part of the event was live, he doesnt count towards the wave count goal.

 

My question is, do the other players count? the ones who joined last week before the last part of the event went live?

 

is there a 15 or X day period before they can be counted into event clan leaderboards?

Also looking for this information from the opposite side.

I just joined a clan of 3, then ran the endurance.

 

The leaderboards for the Clan->Top, and Clan->Personal only show 3 people. 

Oddly for me the Clan->Personal leaderboard shows all 4 of us, Clan->Top still only shows 3 however.

 

Any information would be helpful. Would rather not be the cause of losing out on a trophy.
