here's my frozen wasteland build. super high duration lets you avalanche and just wail on enemies without consequence

 

 

and here's a power strength/ survival build that I use for more mid range or short term missions

 

 

Edit: I think I only have 1 forma on my builds and a potato.  I personally use IWI for slowing enemies down so I can get some really accurate head-shots without too much effort.  and if you have the mod slots switching out Ice Spring for Co-action drift would make you a much better team supporter and survivalist.

I have only a full stregth build for him.

Power drift exilus

Intensify

Blind rage

Transient fortitude

Fleeting expertise

(Primed) flow

Steel fiber

Armored agility

Stretch

All mods max ranked. 4 formabrequired if I'm right.

I make 4 bubbles as checkpoints and To rescue basass situations there u have no need of much globe health because the enemie shoots only if ur in a globe for survival a great Tipp with iwi to make the road easy walk to ur other checkpoints

Most important for Late game high lvl weapons cc secondary. Efficiency 160 strength 130 duration 90 and range mod for stretch or overextendet is ur choice i am good with stretch it is enough. If u are a pro with Frost u will reach 50+ Solo t4. Needs time and skill though xD
