Endless Mission Rewards Over Different Systems.

So I have some friends who just started playing on Xbox version and I was wondering if my tips about which missions to do for good rewards (such as Augustus mars for t4 keys and triton neptune for cores) would be the same over different platforms. Are they the same or am I just giving them useless information?

If they just started are they really going to be heading for T4 missions already? Have they unlocked that much of the star chart? If they just started then maybe they should try focusing on gameplay and combat to enjoy the game before having them head straight to farming for something that will probably get frustrating if they're expecting it to drop quickly.
