Does Buying Hunhow's Gift Allow You To Use War Below Rank 10?

I'm rank 8 and want to buy Hunhow's Gift but before doing so I thought I'd like to know do you have to be rank 10 to use war or can be below rank 10 to use war?

 

I'm relatively new when it comes to buying bundles since I've never did before so I apologize if this has already been asked more than once.

He refers to the title of the thread, so the answer, I guess, is that you can use it even if you're not MR10

I think if you buy a weapon you can use it even if your not at the right rank. Usually the ranking restrictions only stop you from buying the weapons.

Prime Access and plat purchases bypass MR restrictions as far as I know.

Are you confirming that 100% sure that you can use equip it below rank 10? Sorry if I seem a bit skeptical but been looking online to see if other people say the same thing but a lot have been saying no, or don't know regarding bundles. Some say yes but they were like a year ago I kind of want to know for sure for the recent version of the game.

I'll confirm that it can be used below rank ten. Bought the set at rank 4 for the armor (personally loved it) and the weapon came along with it and I use it regularly

Got it at mr5 (for the scimitar skin no less lol) and I could use war no problem.
