The regular dual cleavers are still good though. Tipedo is also awesome now with the new event mods. Let's face it, it's like 3 upgrades from primed continuity from R7 to R10. Those 15% can make or break a game ;) Back to topic: OP, take Orthos Prime for a mix of everything, Tipedo for crits but less range and damage or take Ninkondi for speedy and awesome status applying.
