Question About Gaining Xp For Syndicates.

I manged to collect the xp necessary to reach the next rank with New Loka but they require forma as a tribute to get to that next rank which I don’t have at the moment.

Will the xp I gain in the meantime carry over and start going towards my next rank or will this be lost?

Also, being pressured in giving my first ever forma away as tribute to a syndicate is going to feel like a real sacrifice!

No, it will not be carried over. However, the Forma that you sacrifice is worth it, considering how abundant its blueprints are in the Void.

for the forma just go to the void and say out loud "I DONT WANT TO DROP FORMA I DONT NEED THEM" and RNGesus will make sure you will drop only forma.

Reputation counter is stopped until you give them what they want. At the moment it's one of the most common items. But wait for the next 2 ranks... they will want you to go out and find specific Prime pieces, which depending on your luck may be either super easy, or really, really aggravating.

T2 Survivals seem to be the place my clan goes for to get them. That and T2 Captures.

Forma is the least of your worries for sacrifice , next is potatoes and prime parts then. Built helm for the last one it's a long haul but worth it once you're max rank, steady income of p if you're in need of it.
