Clarification On Revives

I wanted to clarify in case I was completely mistaken. It was my understanding that they replaced the 4 revives per frame to able to revive as many times as needed as long as you have affinity earned in a mission. Is there still a 4 revive limit or did I encounter a bug during the Divine Will mission?

There's still a 4 revive limit, but your total revives are replenished upon returning to your landing craft.

Adding on to what PsychedelicSnake said, it will cost you 10% of your affinity at that moment to revive.

Ok, I was afraid of that. I knew about it being 10%. I was still hoping for more revives than that. Oh well :) Thanks for the quick response guys!
