As of Hotfix 18.4.13, Miasma now only procs cosmetically up on enemy death (similarly to Ignis/Atomos.) I guess i spoke too soon, but why would they "fix" something like this? This was the intended behavior from the start, and has been in place ever since a hotfix shortly after the rework was revised after launch.
