Sortie confusion

Hi, guys

 

i just started playing sortie  yesterday, and I have a lot of confusion over how it works. (read wikia, forum posts, still can't find definite answers.)

1) sortie can only be played once a day.

 

what is the definition of "day" here? 

a) real life time --- If I play at 11:59pm my local time, I would be able to play the same sortie again at 0:01am the next day again for new reward?

b) one "real life" day between two runs --- I have to wait at least 24 hours before I can play the same sortie again for new reward?

c) life span of sortie --- sprite lasts for 24 "real life" hours, I just CAN'T play the same sortie at all?

2) questions about reward pool

i understand that there are repeatable and non-repeatable rewards.

 how long does a season last? Would one season include multiple sorties? Do repeatable rewards get changed in different seasons?

3) Enemy physical / elemental damage enhancement

The wiki says enemies deal additional physical / elemental damage and have increased resistance to physical / elemental damage. Does it mean the physical / elemental damage the enemies are capable of dealing? Or it refers to ALL kinds of physical/elemental damages?

1.A "Day" Is 12:00 EST you can see the countdown on the sortie page if you need reference you can do a sortie anytime of day however once you finish it you need to wait for the timer to hit zero and reset to do another one.

2. Don't think there is a set time for seasons but it's usually a couple weeks. Yes, 1 for every day of the season. No, repeatable rewards have remained the same since they were introduced and are for the most part cores.

3. If they have a resistance to physical damage that means don't use Impact, Slash, or puncture on them as you'll do next to nothing If it says they have elemental damage resist then don't use any Non- Impact/Slash/Puncture Damage type or you will do next to nothing so to answer your question it is all physical/elemental damage not just what they do. Their additional damage however is exactly what it says it is and is usually pretty dangerous.

I think they did say in one of the Devstreams that Sortie seasons were supposed to be 15 days, but then they cut one short so they could introduce Nezha into the reward pool and this last one (Season 4) seemed longer than that, so I'm not sure how long they last.

On the repeatable rewards, the cores should stay the same (and for repeatable Nezha supposedly is permanent), but the Blueprint may change; I'm not sure (Catalyst/Reactor/Exilus).
