0 desdendelle Posted February 28, 2016 Share Posted February 28, 2016 Dunno why it should; wiki says that puncture procs reduce damage dealt by 30% for 6 seconds at base. Best way to test that, I think, is to take a neutral-speed Nova (0 power strength), proc puncture on yourself and see whether enemies go faster during the proc's duration. =] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
