18.5 Picture question

So I am super excited for the 18.5 update and have been fallowing the info about it, but I have noticed one thing and can't seem to find and info...

Who is the warframe next to Ivara in the background with the ring head thing? It is not Inaros as he clearly doesn't have said ring and the only skins/heads with a ring like motif are easy to spot (Frost head, Trin Deluxe, etc.).

Is there perhaps two new frames coming in this patch and they have been super sneaky about it?
