Current Mission Information

Is there anyway to see/determine your current mission NAME?

For example, David (me, the noob idiot) asks a question about a mission in a cool chat party of veterans.  The cool veterans ask, what mission are you currently in...fumbling around with a second ps4 and second account yielded the current mission planet but not the actual mission...david, 5 min later says, im in a mission on Neptune, david then gets kicked from party, understandably.

I've never seen an in-game way to view the exact node you're on. And I personally don't think the end of your scenario is understandable, but that could just be me.
