On low settings my work laptop can run at 1366 x 768 around 30-50fps. (That's with Intel HD4000 graphics. hahaha.) I'll reply with my findings shortly after the updating is finished. I have a fast connection, but have been trying for a long time to stop my launcher from crashing and doing the nonresponsive checking for updates. On the liset I feel like everything runs even smoother than before. In mission with details medium, depth of field enabled and no anti-aliasing, I'm able to get playable performance. About 25-40fps still. All in all I believe this update did not make the game worse off for low end spec machines.
