swapping syndicate questions

i have been wanting to swap syndicates for a while to get all syndicate mods and weapons but had a few questions in how i would do this. the first is if i rank the other 3 im currently in the negative with and the ones im currently de level will i have to pay the sacrifice again if i swap again. the second is there anyway to level 2 syndicates who hate each other at the same time and try to balance them as i heard this was possible but have not seen anyone suggest how to do it.

Swapping syndicates is possible. You will need to bring up with the negative ranks when you go to we rank up with your previous syndicates but technically I believe after that you are able to simply jump up the ranks again.

But make sure, you understand, which syndicates oppose each other. Try not to end up swapping to two enemies, unless you really, really want to! ;)

For me I started with and .  Then I used to rank up Yes I had to pay Forma, and Catalysts, and Reactors to get back to being good with them.   

Then I put on a sigil and used my Daily standing to rank it up until I could take missions. Slowly building up until I could do their missions also.

I suppose i could figure out how to keep but it is a lot of work, and it slows down getting standing with and
