For you guys, what is the quickest way to put a weapon in Lv30?

mobile defense mission are the best and fastest ways to lvl up gear

Either Kiste on Ceres, or one of the defense missions on Eris and Pluto.

Personally I prefer Kiste, since a run usually takes 15 minutes, you're less dependent on having team-mates who're competent, and you also run less of a risk of being a burden.

kiste, or kappa, both are mobile defense... hands down the fastest way to level gear.

All these ways are right on the money--especially Xini farming. You could luck up on a Melee channel mod. That too will help you level up a melee weapon. At level 3 it will convert energy used into +200% melee dmg on next attack.

It is an insanely quick way to level up a melee weapon. This is especially true for Rhino in Iron Skin, Ash in Smokescreen and Ember in Overheat. I'm sure there are other ideal use scenarios as well.
