Seeking the Seekers

So I'm doing this quest and because of reasons I need to find out where can I find as many Seekers as possible. Preferably an easy mission that I can solo and no have to worry about killstealers.

Where's the best, easiest place to find as many seekers as possible?
And do Arid & Frontier Seeker count?

Kills from teamates count toward the quest.

And, the wiki always have all answers.

Go on wiki > find the page of the seeker > look at the comment section > " Sedna Kappa best place to farm them.  "

Is this "anon" right ? Who knows, but you can give it a try.

Gonna paste this from the wiki:

• Arid Seekers can sometimes be found in quantities of 1-3 in Roche on Phobos.
• Arid Seekers Eximus can be found spawning frequently after wave 10 on Drunlo, Phobos.
• Cupid on Uranus (survival) also features a reasonable amount of seekers on later waves.
• Plenty of Seekers can be found on Kiste - Ceres as there are at least 20 for every Mobile Defense location. (Controlled by Grineer).
• As the Kraken has high  Impact damage, it is very effective against Warframe shields.

Which is the best way...idk...I went on roche thinking it only counts arid seekers...but it seems all of them are counted.

Teammate kills also count.

I can confirm that Kappa indeed is a really good place for the Seekers.
I had seekers myself, and took me 2 Kappas to get it done.

Next enemy I had was the Crazy Cat Lady for which I recommend everyone's favourite Draco.

And the last enemy I had was Denial Bursa, so Pluto - Acheron (exterminate). Just take it easy, trigger the alarm, and let them spawn.

Are you me? I had exactly the same 3 mobs as the requirement to complete the quest. I guess they're not that random after all.

For each part of the quest, there are 3 enemies.

seeker / detron crewman / volatile runner

railgun moa / hyekka master / brood mother

denial bursa / manic / juggernaut

 

So.... some people will obviously have the same.

Seekers are one of those mobs that blend in with the other mobs.....and I seriously doubt arid and frontier seekers count. From personal experiences, I would go for invasions. They somehow manage to be more present in there.

personally I used Kiste Ceres to farm them, with a Frost Prime or possibly Limbo, it shouldn't be too hard to solo. plus Seekers spawn quite often. I got that part of the quest done in ~3 runs.

I am not you :D
But I have read somewhere that there is some sort of pattern:
Grineer/Grineer/Corpus
Corpus/Corpus/Infested
Infested/Infested/Grineer
It was something like this, and I have talked with a random person in game, that also had "my" pattern, Grinneer/Grineer/Corpus. No idea is it really the magic pattern, or a pure coincidence, but looks like it worked, at least for me.

Not so obvious my friend. I did the whole quest the same thay it came, we have no info about it, and I haven't searched it because I already did the whole thing.

I thought enemies were completely random and the pool was much much higher.

What i said to be "obvious" is that, once you know there are only 3 enemies per step of the quest, some people will have the same.

I also did the quest on friday and thought it was random.
