Need help Buying a new Pc

so the pc im using now is a dell xps 420 HELLA old pc so its time for an upgrade so can u suggest any pc's i shld buy?
yes i kno what every1 will say "build ur own its better n cheaper" i kno that but i really would rather just buying one cause i dont trust myself if something goes wrong i wont b able to fix it or i might handle something wrong and break it ect.
i need a pc that can run games like vindi warframe black desert blade n soul tera at high settings ..it doesnt have to be a PC MASTER RACE LEET 4k STREAM pc its just has to be a console killer thatll last me a few years ive been gaming on a potatoe for a while so i def need a good standing pc to enjoy the newgen graphics and warframe nvdia pixel setup to make it look pretty 
i need a pc and a monitor my budget is around $1000-1,200

any1 help? i need some advice ive heard newegg is good but i dont kno which to get
