Celestia Syandana Animation Fix

Earlier I read the idea that the Celestia syandana needs an animation rework,  and I think the idea where the syandana lights up based on what rank you are is perfect. 

Here are my more detailed changes based on that initial idea (no I do not know the original poster's username so I apologize. The original concept is not mine but these changes are.). 

Rank 1 -  you can purchase the syandana

Rank 2 - 2 "wings"  light up (starting with top 2)

Rank 3 - 2 more light up (middle 2)

Rank 4 - another 2 (bottom 2)

Final rank (typhoon) - the tail piece lights up. 

This would benefit convincing people to play pvp and also solve the whole argument about how it's too difficult to get your challenges done everyday if you play pve for the majority of the time, such as myself.
