Tendou_Souji
Some time ago, the idea of generic abilities for Warframes was proposed; however, with the release of the Ability Level Up mechanic, that idea had to be scrapped. What if instead, those generic abilities were equippable for the Operator? I'm not talking about some kind of Focus Rework, I'm legit talking about bringing these long dormant child soldiers into the heat of battle with their own personal exilus/ability mods. It'd even give customizing your Operator more of a purpose than just having a personal avatar that no other person can see (not counting their projections during use of Focus abilities). There could be some form of quest where the operator finally gets to leave the Transference Room, regains the use of their legs after generations of sleep, and finally leave the orbiter in their physical form. Maybe expansion on the blocked off areas in the relays could serve a purpose for Operators to train and hone their skills. Perhaps this could be the introduction to their Schools: Madurai, Naramon, Vazarin, Unairu, and Zenurik. Similar to syndicates but without the standing rankings, players could exchange their focus points obtained for each school to purchase mods and abilities specifically for the Tenno. These generic abilities could range from things like an Energy Shield or a short timed Stealth ability similar to that of Hayden Tenno's abilities in Dark Sector. What do you guys think? (PSN)vinfive
I was hoping that lazer beam ability you got to use in the second dream would be usable, its like the coolest ability ever
Kosen
Interesting idea? Yes. Should be implemented? Not necesarely. The tenno's leg DO work, how do you think we got into the warframe in that quest then? (yes, we used both arms AND legs). however, it might interesting for a quest where we actually play as the operator, with just a melee weapon and his/er powers alone, this could be interesting to say the least
(PSN)Harbinger1997
If you are interested in bringing the Operator into greater focus, perhaps you should check out my concept
